Atlantic Health System is seeking mutiple Full Time Certified Medical Assistant for the The Breast Surgery Center at Chilton Medical Center in the Pompton Plains Area.

Our entry level offers start at $21.10 / hour and increase based upon experience.

Essential Functions:

• The CMA will be responsible for managing patient flow, rooming patients, obtaining medical records, vital signs, managing phones, triaging phone calls, scheduling appointments, precertifying testing/surgery, following up on medical clearance for patients, assisting physician in exam room with post-operative patients, cleaning rooms, and maintaining supplies in exam rooms.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• MA certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NRCMA, NCCT, NAHP or NHA required
• Post externship experience strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required as travel between sites may be requested
