Position Summary:
The Manager Social Work is responsible for day to day leadership activities managing a team of clinical professionals in the execution of exemplary Hospital clinical social work and cross continuum care coordination. This individual works with the director, market leaders, physicians, peers, community colleagues, and others to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, and to execute collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health Systems commitment to patient centered care and community engagement.Minimum Requirements:
Three years leadership experience and demonstrated skills in progressive management roles
Three years of healthcare leadership experience
Five years clinical experience
Case Management experience desired
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualificationsEducation/Licenses/Certifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work
Licensed in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Position Type: Full-Time Regular
