In this role,
As a Sales & Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing internal support to the Sales and Service Departments. The position also interacts with clients and internal departments to ensure the best customer service possible. This position includes access to confidential information.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
- Provide the Sales and Service Representatives internal support.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely client records.
- Extensive Data Entry
- Identify trends in client issues and report findings to management.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports for management.
- Generate ad hoc reports to address specific client concerns.
- Maintain compliance with company and department policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, client and/or company records and issues.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management, co-workers and clients to provide quality customer service.
- Maintain professional appearance through adherence to company approved dress code.
- Work effectively within a team-oriented department and company.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education that demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills or medical terminology desired.
- Possess advanced problem solving skills.
- Customer Service driven and multi-task oriented.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, sales database, and other database programs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as, within a team.
- Strong verbal communication skills to be able to effectively converse on the telephone and in person.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience. Industry experience desired.
Base Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly D.O.E.
