About the position: 

The Human Resources (HR) Director position at WFPH is the employee and mangers’ primary resource for discussion, interpretation, administration, and development of HR policies and policy changes for all HR matters in the hospital.                                                                                                                                       

The HR Director will supervise and manage the HR Coordinator responsibilities and duties.           

The HR Director must have demonstrated experience in the coaching managers through the employee development and in the mentoring and development of managerial skills.

• Be a minimum of 21 years of age.

• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., necessary for providing quality HR services and maintaining effective operational processes.                                 
• Attend and participate in continuing education programs.

Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
