The IT Program Manager serves as primary engagement point for IT infrastructure projects requiring highest complexity to identify, prioritize and manage demand for executive customers. The IT Program Manager ensures customer issues and escalations are managed effectively and that changes are made with clear reference to customer priorities. Collaborates with functional leads and SMEs on how best to shape requests and develop an approach that aligns with enterprise goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Builds and manages strategic partnerships with executive customers to translate enterprise strategy into in-year and multi-year service and capability roadmaps.
- Pairs with colleagues to perform initial idea/request analysis and understand progress against agreed plans and manage customer expectations accordingly (delivery, value for money).

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:
PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS (EXPERT):- Is a recognized expert and authority in project communications. Established ability to relate highly complex ideas and concepts in simple, straightforward fashion. Is an expert in articulating sensitive and mission-critical information to project team members, employees, clients, and vendors. Takes a lead role in developing project communications best practices for the organization.
PROJECT COORDINATION - (EXPERT):- Is a recognized expert and authority in the Project Coordination. Recognized for consistently improving mission-critical project productivity and work processes. Takes a lead role in developing Project Coordination best practices for the organization.
PROJECT ISSUES MANAGEMENT (EXPERT):- Is a recognized expert and authority in Issues Management. Occupies the position which is the last internal resource for support or direction. Expected, as a result of the position, to have the ultimate knowledge, control, influence, and/or jurisdiction in Issues Management. Takes a lead role in developing best practices for Issues Management for the organization.
PROJECT PLANNING - (EXPERT):- Widely regarded as an expert in project planning, matching people, equipment and capital resources to meet difficult task and organizational demands on schedule and within budget for a broad portfolio of diverse projects. Clearly articulates how detail tasks and assignments contribute to the broad goals of the organization.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Organizational Impact: Executes job responsibilities with the understanding of how output would affect and impact other areas related to own job area/team with occasional guidance.

Basic QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years relevant experience
- PMP Certification is required
Physical Requirements/Strengths needed & Physical Demands:
- Sedentary category requiring exertion up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and uses negligible amounts of force to move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
