JOB SUMMARY:
Acts as the lead resource for families, visitors, and staff, independently. Is the go-to employee in providing valet services at valet station.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Able to fulfill all key responsibilities of a Valet Attendant.
- Leads employee for ramp management at valet station (traffic flow, cleanliness, staffing).
- Reports shift activity for valet station (volume, attendance tracking, excessive wait times, operational controls, supply inventory, accidents).
- Leads employees for monitoring service delivery at valet station (uniform integrity, opening doors, using names, providing directions).
- Assists with training staff new to the valet station.

Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 3 years relevant experience
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR):- TN Driver's License Required

- Light Work category requiring exertion up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and uses negligible amounts of force to move objects.
