Atlantic Health System is seeking full-time Unit Associate for the Deskovick 2 at Morristown Medical Center to work 11am-7pm.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Secretarial responsibilities including answering phones, directing phone calls, directing traffic, communicating with other departments
• Ensuring compliance with other departments, EPIC etc.

Minimum Education:

• High School diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience:

• 
  Unit Rep and/or medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
• Must have excellent customer service, communication, phone, computer and organizational skills
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Customer service abilities
