ResponsibilitiesAtlantic Health System is seeking a full-time intern for the Talent Management Team within our Human Resource department. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic's mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. The intern's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support Talent Management by contributing to strategy, program design and deliverables
- Develops, organizes, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aides, presentations (etc)
- Support strategic decisions through analyzing and reporting on Talent Management data using our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Documents internal interviews, focus groups and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinates invites and logistics for hosted webinars or meetings
- Assists in developing communication plans and class marketing materials
- Assist with course creation for new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool
Qualifications- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
- Be in good academic standing
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Proficient with, Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and public speaking service skills
- Attentive to details
- Motivated to grow professionally
