JOB SUMMARYProvides moderately complex data quality analysis. Develops data quality rule definitions in collaboration with business and analytics data stewards. Performs data quality process and workflow documentation and improvement with appropriate monitoring and benchmark reporting.WHAT IS EXPECTED (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)- Monitor and manage work queues containing data related issues and stewardship activities
- Develop process and procedure documentation in support of Data Governance initiatives
- Create and maintain training materials for data governance tools & processes
- Facilitate program meetings, workstream meetings, stewardship forums, and various work sessions
- Develop and maintain the data quality business rule inventory
- Perform data profiling for source and warehouse data stores
- Develop control structures to ensure the accuracy and quality of data across all data assets
- Coordinate the resolution of data quality issues with the Stewardship Community
- Publish Data Quality scorecards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong analytic skills, data manipulation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong process and workflow evaluation and improvement skills.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Strong development skills in the use of enterprise analytical and Bl tools, such as Cognos, Tableau, QlikView, Excel PowerPivot, etc.
- Ability to design, develop and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain, and analyze data.
- Ability to develop data analytics and Bl applications in a clear and understandable manner meeting user requirement.
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational and non-relational databases, database structures, unstructured databases
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of data quality issue investigation and resolution
- Working knowledge of data quality/stewardship tools such as Atacama, Talend, Precisely, Collibra, etc.

- Bachelor's degree in Clinical area, Computer Science, Business, other similar degree or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree preferred

- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of experience
