The Talent Strategies Team at BJC HealthCare provides a full range of talent acquisition and recruitment support activities for BJC HealthCare across 15 hospitals and community health locations. By acting as a strategic resource for BJC hiring leaders and building strong relationships with internal and external customers, applicants and candidates, the Talent Strategies Team consultants and advises on best practices for bringing talent into the organization, supporting candidates through the hiring process and delivering an optimal candidate experience.
Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
To deliver high quality Physician and Provider candidates for BJC Healthcare. Through the development of effective sourcing and opportunity marketing initiatives to meet the goals and objectives of Physician and Provider recruitment strategies. Responsible for all steps associated with sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified, diverse physician/provider candidates. As well as networking and developing relationships within Graduate Medical Education training programs and medical practice specialty associations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain appropriate job postings, ads on related Physician and Provider recruitment; and to identify qualified candidates and participate in related recruitment activities including job fairs, and conferences.
- Pre-screening, scheduling of phone interviews, scheduling and facilitating the on-site visit and maintain relationships with related business partner(s) and candidate throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain working knowledge of contract process, including compliance with standardized recruitment processes, protocols, procedures, and timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and distribute to business partners on a weekly basis.
