Premise offers a wide range of dynamic, purpose-driven career opportunities. We are currently looking for a Health Strategy Associate to join our team in Brentwood, TN.
About the role: This position serves as an integral part of an innovative team that supports Premise Health’s population health product, Connected Care+. The Health Strategy Associate (HAS) executes product strategy, supports operations, and identifies valuable performance insights to continuously develop and enhance overall healthcare delivery at Premise Health.
HSAs support the success of Connected Care+ through close partnership with corporate and client team members from point of sale through implementation, analysis, reporting, and ongoing oversight. An HSA is the liaison and strategic partner to maximize the value of Connected Care+. The role is a perfect fit for someone who excels at building relationships, is highly analytical, and is excited about being part of a close-knit team that is redefining the way primary care is delivered. Successful candidates will have a passion for healthcare, data, and client success.
Essential Functions:- Support the execution of all Connected Care+ strategies for a client book of business
- Leverage analytical tools and outcomes data to create and implement short-term and long-term Connected Care+ strategy in collaboration with internal operations, clinical teams, and clients
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support operations with all client requests and interactions
- Support Connected Care+ product implementation efforts in partnership with operations and medical operations, including conducting site staff training and client onboarding
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client, including all population nuances, and provide recommendations to tailor Connected Care+ strategy and optimize product delivery
- Establish and deepen relationships with assigned internal stakeholders at each client by understanding their business needs, priorities, and all aspects of site functions
- Collaborate with operations to evaluate client adoption trends and identify opportunities for deeper engagement, higher utilization, and potential product upsells to drive greater value for the client and at Premise Health
- Facilitate creation, review, and delivery of client-facing reporting on a quarterly and annual basis
- Support data analysts with understanding and troubleshooting disconnects between data sources and applications
- Partner with data analysts to synthesize findings from analytics and reporting, and derive strategic insights to inform detailed action plans
- Use available data and analytical tools to monitor Connected Care+ performance as outlined by operations and medical operations, and identify ways to drive successful outcomes, including effectively escalating issues
- Collaborate with CC+ leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate clinical and operational workflows and recommend strategic changes based on outcomes, experience, and analytics
- May require other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:- BA/BS required (MBA/Master’s Degree considered a plus)
- 1-3 years of experience in strategic and consultative relationships and/or analytical roles:
- Experience developing and presenting analyses and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Experience in a healthcare company and/or management / strategy consulting firm strongly preferred
Preferred Experience:- Intrapreneurial spirit (entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a large organization)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated analytical abilities, and the ability to work both independently and within teams
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to choose the right communication channel depending on the problem to be solved
- Comfort with learning new analytical tools
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau) considered a plus
