EOEPosition Information:
The Manager, Patient Placement manages the day to day operations of the Patient Placement Department and the Transfer Center, works collaboratively with the System Manager Clinical Administrators and the Patient Case Management Physician Advisor to carry out department goals and support patient flow. Oversees the staff of the Patient Placement Department, identifying and implementing processes to support expedited patient flow across the system. Collaborates with all departments across the system to ensure that services are being provided in a timely/quality manner and act as a resource when resolving barriers. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services. Acts as liaison between the Patient Placement and Transfer Center team and the Director, System Capacity and Patient Placement.Experience Requirements:
3 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And 3 Years Management RequiredEducation Required:
