Summary:
General Responsibility for planning, organizing, and implementation of assigned services. Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedures and regulations. Manages all aspects of personnel processes. Communicates information effectively. Ability to make timely decisions and manage change process. Must interface with all departments as part of the management team. Specific: Responsible for oversight of day to day operations of assigned teams (Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Clerical Support, Nursing Support and Order Entry). Position reports to the Executive Director Diagnostic and Satellite Services. All members of the Leadership Team who need to use a phone for business purposes must use a personal cell phone.Other information:
2 years prior experience as a manager in Diagnostic Imaging required. Three or more years prior experience at the manager level preferred. Certification by ARRT, NMTCB or equivalent required. Must be registered in Nuclear Medicine. Bachelor's degree preferred in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent. CRA Preferred. Requires ability to travel to imaging satellite locations using own transportation. Must have valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations.Responsibilities:
Participates in committee assignments. Seeks out community activities that promote Beebe Healthcare and services offered. Seeks educational opportunities that will provide new procedures and processes to team members. ensures delivery of quality services. Acts as a resource for personnel, and physicians. Addresses patient and medical staff complaints and informs the Director, offering solutions to problems. Oversees equipment problems. Initiates maintenance and communicates down equipment to director. Participates in the development of the capital budget. Participates in equipment selection, purchase and installation planning.Credentials:
