Summary:
As a Web Design Analyst II, the candidate will be responsible for designing web and mobile products by working closely with Application developers. Candidate should have a basic understanding of software/web products and technologies. Responsibilities include coordinating and reviewing incidents and requests submitted for application developers; creation of Test scripts and performing quality check; creating wireframes and design documents for web and mobile products.
- Collaborate and coordinate work effort with developers and Business teams by documenting and designing various CHRISTUS development initiatives
- Interpret business requirements for small system enhancements and projects, translate requirements into detailed design system specifications including process and data flows, screen and report specifications
- Assist in the design of development solution; create mockups/wireframes and design documents
- Coordinate and review all incidents and requests and communicates with business to ensure that work is completed to their satisfaction
- Provide Quality Assurance (QA) checks before Product releases, create test cases
- Assist in developing internal processes, procedures and standards for the Application Development team by working closely with manager
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge in database & Web Systems and solutions
- Basic understanding in HTML, Web design and SQL
- Understanding and knowledge in software development
- Experience of project delivery preferably with an agile based approach
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks
- Strong team player, excellent communication skills, builds strong relationships with co-workers by working across organizational boundaries to resolve requests.
- 2+ years' experience working in analysis, design and testing of Web applications
- Experience using Agile Methodology in executing projects
- Experience working with Internal or External customers for an organization in coordinating work and designing solutions.
- Experience utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
