Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Remote-Administrative Coordinator, SMARTeam to join our WPMG HQ team in Renton, Washington.
As a condition of employment, all clinicians and employees are required to verify COVID-19 vaccination status. The Administrative Coordinator will be an integral part of the Specialized Medical Ability Resource Program (SMARTeam) providing support to staff and members in need of assistance related to leave processes. The Administrative Coordinator deals with sensitive departmental and organizational matters, works independently, and manages the program's routine administrative details. The position is expected to exercise latitude and judgment to perform job responsibilities and resolve problems within established procedures and guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities
* Monitor appointment completion and communicate to the reviewers
* Release certification letters
* Outreach patients via phone and/or secure message to obtain information as appropriate (missing information on intake forms, coordination of appointments needed to fulfill certification requirements).
* Answer phone calls, triage need, and coordinate resolution.
* Triage incoming staff messages, resolve or escalate as appropriate.
* Maintain the team SharePoint site
* Assist with development and maintenance of training/process workflows
* Data and reporting
* Special Projects and Other Duties as Assigned
