ChristianaCare is searching for an experienced Public Health professional with program management experience to join the Office of Health Equity. The Manager will work collaboratively with leadership and their designated departments to develop focused, equitable, and impactful health equity interventions in the area of Women's Health. Programming will focus on addressing the disparities in health outcomes that persist across multiple demographics, including race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, age, disability, etc.
The successful candidate will have at least three years program management experience coordinating outreach, health education, or other equivalent programs with a focus on Women's Health. Additionally, the candidate will have experience with stakeholder management and working in a consultative environment with business leaders.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, social sciences, health sciences or related field. A Bachelor's Degree may be acceptable with commensurate experience managing health equity or public health programs.
Three years' experience in health equity, cultural competence, diversity or language services or related field
Excellent organizational skills with a track record of sound project management experience required.
Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with health equity leadership and their designated areas/departments to develop focused, equitable, and impactful health equity interventions, including partnering closely with iREACH, Quality & Safety and other partners involved in achieving AOP goals related to health equity.
Manages a broad range of strategic and tactical activities related to the identification, development, and implementation of health equity initiatives.
Manages data collection, analysis and reporting to support implementation of health equity interventions.
Monitors program budgets, working closely with Health Equity leadership and any administrative staff for grant funded programs.
