The Director of Eating Disorders will provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the day-to-day functions of the program, ensuring the quality of all services and activities provided.
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this leader will oversee a team of 14 FTEs.
This leader will be tasked with directing and ensuring the development and implementation of department policies and standards of care. Along with identifying, supporting, and participating in quality improvement activities. Lastly, this leader will communicate with senior leadership regularly, providing updates in supporting the mission, vision, and strategies of the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, professional leader, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be capable of joining a tight knit team, roll up their sleeves, and hit the ground running.Must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience providing treatment in a mental health setting, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience treating eating disorders. Must also possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Master’s degree required; Active LCSW or Psychologist licensure required.
