Position Summary:
The Supervisor of Pre-Registration and Estimates oversees a team of Pre-Service Pre-Registration and Estimate staff accountable for assuring the highest level of quality, service, performance, and efficiency standards are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements and MHS policy. The Supervisor oversees the quality of Pre-Registration and Estimate functions; ensures processes and workflows are created and implemented to minimize payment denials and increase patient experience; assures exceptional service is provided to customers; trains and develops staff to successfully perform their duties to meet all Pre-Registration/Estimate KPI’s and MultiCare goals; and manages and applies learned practices of Stewardship across the value stream to continually improve processes, service and outcomes.
This job may require administrative on-call assignments evenings, holidays and weekends when necessary

Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience in Access Services, Hospital Registration or Revenue Cycle field required
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisor or lead role required
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Associate’s degree or two (2) years of experience will be considered in lieu of the degree
