Position Information:
The Team Leader, Patient Access provides leadership for the Patient Account Representative team to ensure consistency and competence in job duties. Serves as an expert in obtaining and verifying demographic, insurance, and appointment information. Promotes quality service and effective communication among patients, families and team members to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Experience Requirements:
1 Year Direct Position Experience Required - And Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Preferred

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Preferred
