Job SummaryProvide oversight and direction for the numerous functions listed throughout this job description, as well as the coordination of personnel performing them. Responsible for utilizing technical and business knowledge to configure and support assigned applications/systems. Responsible for assisting with project planning and completion including analysis, training, testing, documentation, problem resolution and application implementation. Cross-trains with other areas of the department as assigned to accomplish and meet technical, business or operational needs for which the employee is qualified to perform.
