As a key collaborator on our ValU Care Redesign team, you will support value-based care redesign efforts, MOVERS quality initiatives, and our Health System Performance Improvement Infrastructure. This will involve working closely with the department director, senior clinical redesign specialists, and clinical redesign specialists to help improve the quality and value of care at UCLA Health. You will provide a variety of critical support, including project management, data analysis, and administrative support.
Pay Range: $60,800 - $134,200 annually
QualificationsWe’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, deadline-driven individual with:
· Related Bachelor’s degree – Master’s preferred
· Two or more years of experience in data analysis, report/presentation creation, and data visualization
· Healthcare experience is highly desirable
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Ability to thrive in a complex and matrixed team environment
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting
· Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, preferably Microsoft Excel and Word
