Responsibilities- Develop a feasibility form to vet new requests prior to Epic build/test/implementation to ensure resolution fits the problem and is the best solution
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with multiple analyst team and operational stakeholders
- Develop a MS Form and work with the Cherwell team to embed in the Self Portal
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and delays to team on a weekly basis
- In this role, the intern will be instrumental in streamlining the influx of Epic requests to allow the team to work in agile methods to implement resolutions more efficient
Qualifications- Must be in good academic standing
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Computer/Tech Savvy
- Is able to dispaly strong project managment skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to be detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with EPIC a plus
