Develop a feasibility form to vet new requests prior to Epic build/test/implementation to ensure resolution fits the problem and is the best solution
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with multiple analyst team and operational stakeholders
Develop a MS Form and work with the Cherwell team to embed in the Self Portal
Communicate project updates, milestones, and delays to team on a weekly basis
In this role, the intern will be instrumental in streamlining the influx of Epic requests to allow the team to work in agile methods to implement resolutions more efficient
Must be in good academic standing
US Citizen or permanent resident
Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
Is able to dispaly strong project managment skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to be detail oriented
Strong communication skills
Experience with EPIC a plus
