Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time intern for the Medicine Service Line. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic's mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. The intern will:

• Evaluate data, research best practices, and make recommendations for improvements in operational processes and procedures
• Partner with leadership to define project goals, objectives, and timelines
• Manage implementation of project and evaluate outcomes
• Provide project updates on a weekly basis to all stakeholders
• Present final analysis and recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on a new program for the Service Line

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
• Be in good academic standing
• US Citizen or permanent resident
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
• Coursework and/or experience with data analysis
• Experience utilizing software such as: Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.
• Excel proficiency preferred
