Summary:
The Data Analyst - Digital Experience Metrics Specialist possesses knowledge of quality improvement principles and statistics commonly used in data extraction, analytics, and performance improvement. Responsible for compiling, producing, and analyzing reports and statistical information for the Digital Associate Experience Team. Participates in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of data collection in collaboration with operational teams and external program partners. Responsible for providing data requests, retrieval, analysis, and assisting in measuring outcomes, process improvements, and business planning of Digital Associate Experience programs. Responsible for preparing data required for monthly reporting. Participate in the analysis, summary, and reporting of clinical and administrative data for world-class digital experiences.
- Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
- Serves as a team member on assigned teams. Provides requested drill-downs, follow-ups, and recommendations that may be requested by the team and presented in report format.
- Provides technical and analytical support on Digital Associate Experience projects, operational planning, and performance monitoring.
- Participates in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of data collection. Provides guidance and assistance for more efficient approaches and methods for work processes and/or solving problems. Supports data requests, retrieval, and analysis and assists in measuring outcomes, process improvements, and business planning.
- Consistently meets daily, monthly, and annual deadlines by working effectively with multiple individuals in a highly tactful yet precise and professional manner.
- Implements data management plan by conducting audits, validating data integrity, and interpreting results using statistical and data analysis tools. Presents data that is useful and understandable for ongoing monitoring.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital domains (Including demonstrable digital acumen); Experience administering and maintaining web applications and platforms; Experience with web technologies, learning/content management systems, multimedia/authoring tools, and assessment/evaluation tools; Experience evaluating business intelligence technologies and performing research/development in the field of data management)
- Experience with supporting/managing projects/programs
- Experience with communicating confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization and to non-technical audiences
- Experience with working through and delivering outcomes based on project plans and milestones
- Experience with working in a highly iterative and agile environment
- Familiar with technical systems such as Infor, ServiceNow, Genesis Learning
- Experience in data management, automation processes, and software
