• Extensive patient and family contact via rounding on hospital patients
• Gauging patient experience
• Assist with non-clinical needs/requests
• Collaborate with staff and other hospital departments to provide a seamless experience for patients and their families/caregivers
• Learn to conduct Physician Rounding Audits using the MyRounding Tool to capture data
• Utilization of MyRounding for documenting issues, escalating to the appropriate clinical staff, and closing the loop with follow up and issue resolution

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
• Be in good academic standing
• US Citizen or permanent resident
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
• Coursework and/or experience with data collection and entry
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have strong communication skills
