The Organizational Development Consultant is an internal consultant to provide guidance in the development of people, teams, and initiatives that drive organizational goals. Creates and facilitates holistic learning and development efforts at all levels of the organization to positively impact: engagement, culture shifts, leadership capabilities, retention, and patient satisfaction.

1.Designs and delivers comprehensive learning tools (instructor led sessions, multi-course series, online learning, etc.) in alignment with leadership and team member development priorities.

2.Manages the effectiveness of New Employee Orientation in collaboration with the Organizational Development team and other key stakeholders. Evaluates content, flow, and recommends changes that continuously improve the new hire experience and positively impact retention.

3.Provides consultative services to identify needs for department leaders and/or teams. Completes needs assessments, delivers customized recommendations, and evaluates effectiveness of solutions.

4.Supports the administration, analysis and report-out of organizational engagement survey results. Work closely with HR colleagues and leaders in the development of action planning and impacting organization-wide engagement.

5.Assists with managing the functionality and effective usage of the organization's Learning Management System. 6.Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience in training/facilitation. Computer proficiency. Superior written and oral communication skills; must possess an attitude of openness and curiosity to successfully interact with all levels of staff. Ability to work independently on time sensitive projects, experience in development of training content, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives.

This is an on-site position in Yuma, AZ - Relocation assistance is offered
