The role you’ll contribute:
The HR Analyst will gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative human resources data to help create relative insights and recommendations based on findings. This data can include compensation, retention, talent acquisition, market details, employee engagement ratings, departmental productivity numbers, and any other information relevant to the success of our organization.
This role will also serve as a liaison with corporate shared services as necessary. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, provide support to the human resources function and promotion of the HR operating model.

Research, analysis, and presentation of data
Develops standard and ad hoc reports, scorecards, and metrics
Collaborates with leadership regarding requests for data/projects/initiatives, highlighting issues, and providing recommendations addressing issues and priorities
Participates in working groups, councils and committees as assigned
Manages special projects
Troubleshoots data and reports
Assists in rollout and implementation of HR programs
Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
Acts as technical consultant to departments for employee data, engagement and retention and other projects as assigned by director or manager
Maintains knowledge of JCAHO requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and processes and data information are in compliance
Other duties as assigned
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field required.
At least three years of relevant HR experience required.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
