Yuma Regional Medical Center is a 406-bed facility located in sunny, southwestern Arizona. We have a main hospital campus, off-site cancer center, outpatient laboratory services, and numerous clinics as a part of our medical group, including a primary care facility in the Foothills - 41 locations in total.
Summary:
The Accreditation Manager leads the regulatory survey readiness program to support the organization's mission, vision, and values. This individual develops work plans, timelines, and performs gap analysis related to hospital accreditation programs and certifications. The Accreditation Manager must be able to collaborate with stakeholders while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and implementing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
5+ years of hospital quality experience
1+ year of supervising experience
Accreditation and regulatory experience (DNV, CMS, ADHS, ISO, etc)
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Current RN license
Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
