SUMMARY: This position has management accountability for the Pediatric Surgery Clinic, Plastic Surgery Clinic and Urology Clinic. This position is responsible for multi departmental Ambulatory operations and staff functions; including access to care, optimal clinical, financial and operational performance, and human resources, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Manages capital assets to meet the most critical needs; leverages best practices across departments and the hospital to achieve operational excellence; ensures effective and timely charge capture for services; and maximizes relationships with physicians and staff to establish positive working environment and personal accountability.
JOB REQUIREMENT: The job requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Master's degree is preferred. Minimum two (2) years increasingly responsible supervisory or management experience with demonstrated proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job. Healthcare leadership experience is preferred.
