Bradley Hospital, an affiliate of Lifespan and a teaching hospital for the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University, was the nation’s first psychiatric hospital exclusively for children. Works collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer in a nursing/physician dyad model to oversee clinical care provided on inpatient, partial hospital, and residential programs.

Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing or related health care field, with current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
Ten years related experience, of which five represents clinical experience in child and/or adolescent psychiatric nursing and five years administrative/managerial experience. Experience must demonstrate effective policy and program development and evaluation, staff planning and development as well as effective budget planning and management.
Provides direct supervision to approximately 10 mid-level nursing managers, utilization management manager, and support staff. Has indirect management responsibility for approximately 350 FTEs in direct care, and staff nursing roles, and utilization management roles.
