About the role: This position is instrumental in building and leading the Member Engagement Marketing strategy and team to drive member engagement from client implementation and eligibility through to member awareness, consideration, selection, engagement, loyalty and advocacy. The leader of this function is a marketer by trade who is passionate about applying an advanced marketing discipline to drive engagement and behavior changes in service of helping members get, stay and be well. The Member Engagement Marketing leader works with peers in Operations, Technology and Brand Marketing; external clients; and leads a multi-discipline member engagement marketing team comprised of Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Creative, Marketing Operations and Digital. The objective is high-quality, cost-effective Member Engagement Marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that deliver meaningful utilization of Premise Health products and services. Member Engagement Marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics need to fit within a complex B2B2C marketing environment and need to be designed and developed across multiple marketing channels, mediums and across the member lifecycle/journey.
Integrated Marketing – fluent in building and leading marketing teams charged with defining large scale consumer multitouch, multichannel integrated marketing campaigns
Brand – able to effectively define marketing strategies and tactics in a complex brand environment with a mix of co-branded and B2B2C client level branding
Marketing Analytics – define marketing analytics capabilities needed for success, build case for investment and champion/sponsor the creation of marketing analytics capabilities to fuel effective member engagement marketing execution
Audience First Mindset – brings audience first mindset to the role and can coach team and organization to define segmentation strategy that will drive effective marketing tactics, especially within owned channels
VOC/Consumer Insight driven – can effectively fold consumer insights and voice of customer into marketing strategy and execution to strengthen the effectiveness of tactics
Marketing Technology – possesses working knowledge of new and emerging marketing technologies to enable leader to effectively champion and sponsor technology projects
Leader has a critical player-coach mindset, capable of working with team to create the foundation for success during a time of strategic shift in approach to work.
Provide guidance, coaching, feedback, development opportunities and mentorship in order to create and maintain a high-performing marketing culture and team during times of strategic shifts in how team delivers value to business and clients.
•Identifies and raises skill gaps in the member engagement marketing team and helps develop solutions to address them including mentoring, training, hiring, etc.
Ultimately accountable for thought leadership, strategy and operationalization of the strategy to drive behavior change of members that results in utilization of Premise Health products and services. Must be adept at leading change in a complex and relationship-oriented organization.
Constantly define and refine OKR’s and measures of success to enable strategic shift in operationalizing new member engagement marketing approach and create alignment within Member Engagement marketing team and across the broader organization.
Collaborate often with operations leadership, product, technology, analytics and brand marketing as well as external clients to arrive at the optimal path forward given business need, resources and organizational maturity in Member Engagement marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
12+ years in relevant marketing roles (ideally with a blend of B2C or B2B2C), marketing technology or marketing strategy
Demonstrated experience driving positive, measurable business impact through marketing
Ideally a blend of agency and in-house marketing experience at a top consumer brand with a strong consumer mindset
Experience in building, developing and managing high-performance multi-disciplinary marketing team
Experience with Salesforces Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and various digital and content marketing platforms
Marketing experience with a wide variety of channels is a must including content marketing, SEO, email, text, social, events, webinars, etc.

Compensation is between $160,000 to $180,000 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
