The Infor Cloudsuite ION/IPA Workflow Enterprise Developer III is responsible for regional or enterprise design, development and implementation of strategic architectures of healthcare ION/IPA Workflows at an enterprise level. This includes an understanding of methodology, design, specifications, programming, delivery, monitoring, and support standards. Involved in strategic planning activities and researches emerging Internet technology, programming languages and tools, and e-business standards for use in effective existing or new enterprise application/systems.
Lead with strategic planning activities and researches emerging Internet technology, programming languages and tools, and e-business standards for use in effective enterprise application/systems. Individual will lead development teams or may lead cross-functional teams that deal with the full spectrum of cloudsuite EPR technology. Leadership responsibilities may also include assisting as a Team Lead and temporarily and assisting in group and team direction and work assignments.
The Infor Cloudsuite ION/IPA Workflow Enterprise Developer III is also responsible for supporting the business goals and objectives for the Department, the ERP teams, and the organization as a whole.
Demonstrate strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in order to program, design, develop, install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain application software for assigned systems. Provide support on basic features of application software.
Ensures API's, web services and services accounts are active and flowing. Ensures ION has no pending error BODS that will ultimately slow down system performance. Validates BODs are not out of synch. Builds, supports, and maintains IPA flows while identifying new ways to reduce points of failure.
Provide consistent, predictable monitoring of assigned systems and job processes, to include systems in the data centers and at remote sites. Install, maintain, and utilize a variety of automated tools and procedures to ensure high availability of assigned systems, rapid correction of minor problems and avoidance of major problems.
Identify and manage advanced technical problems and issues inside and outside of configuration expertise with assigned production systems and software. Utilize standard and ad-hoc procedures to perform first, second and third-level problem resolution for system and job processing problems. Use designated software and other appropriate tools to track and report problem status and escalate to technical support, vendors and management on a timely basis. Monitor assigned queues within designated software to assure timely service to customers within given service level metrics. Participate in after-hours technical support to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Demonstrate strong customer service, communication and human relationship skills when dealing with customers, fellow associates and vendors.
Identify and manage intermediate level problems and issues with assigned systems. Utilize standard and ad-hoc procedures to perform problem resolution for system. Use appropriate tools to track and report problem status and escalate in a timely manner.
Produce and maintain technical documentation on the assigned systems. Document and update telecommunications and networking technical standards and procedures. Maintain data in network management for accuracy.
Produce required department reporting associated with projects and problems assigned, which includes current status and problem documentation summary within the designed problem management system.
Manage moderate level internal projects including tasks, deadlines and reporting.
Participate in departmental programs that promote and deliver strong customer service.
Follow established policies, procedures and standards defined by the department. Participate in the development and documentation of procedures for day-to-day tasks within assigned areas of support and maintenance, including the development of processes and procedures for other teams
Understand and adhere to all security policies and procedures relating to systems, data, and physical data center security and safety. Identify and resolve or escalate any issues or violations to management and other groups, as needed. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Demonstrate the ability to learn and support new technologies through e-learning, self-study, and peer training/studies.
Assist other Infor teams by providing second level support and guidance.
Participate in after-hours technical support by rotating call schedule on a regular basis.
May be required to travel to perform some job functions.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field required, or equivalent experience (6 years) required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Infor Lawson IPA developer with experience in Supply Chain/AP processes, Infor Process Automation (IPA), ION, and S3/Landmark Applications
Progressive experience in areas such as applications, server engineering (e.g., Windows, UNIX), database administration (e.g., MS-SQL, Oracle) prefer experience as Application Administrator of large-scale enterprise applications.Experience developing Infor CloudSuite BOD's and/or process flows using development tools for Infor Process Automation and ION.Solid understanding of Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources module functions.Ability to do Test Plan Management. Ability to do Quality Assurance. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies. Must have demonstrated the ability to solve complex problems with minimal direction.
Must be able to interact effectively and patiently with customers especially while under pressure.
The ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines for self and others as required. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees.Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.Knowledge of ITIL methodologies. · Four years in an information system environment with technical experience in one or more of the following areas: system programming, system maintenance and support, database administration, operating system configuration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, technical architecture, technical interfaces, software implementation and support required.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience with Infor CloudSuite IPA Workflow System programming preferred.
Infor certification in Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
