To assure a safe, functional and comfortable environment by assisting the Director in directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Plant Engineering, and Plant Operations, in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices set by HealthAlliance, the NYSDOH, DNV and other local community and Government agencies.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred
3-5 years experience in a facilities management position in a hospital/maintenance environment
Post-secondary specialized training in management skills, as well as technical training in HVAC, electric, plumbing or equivalent work experience
Excellent human relation and oral/written communications skills proven managerial skills, supervisory experience required, New York State Driver's License
