The role of the Project Planner is to understand customer requirements and work flow, communicate recommendation, plan, execute, provide regular status, and finalize the delivery of computer solutions according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver according to plan. The Project Planner is considered a team leader exercising full responsibility for planning, organizing, coordinating and directing work activities.
