Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations Finance, the Vice President, Workforce Management and Clinical Education will have responsibility for the overall enterprise leadership of workforce management to include: Labor Management/Productivity, Labor Management Analytics, Contract Labor Management, TRA (Tenetâ��s internal staffing organization), Staffing and acuity systems, and regional/market based hospital recruitment teams.
