JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief of Staff (Director, Administration) is responsible for facilitating the effective operation and increased agility of the overall Finance and Value-Based Care Divisions. Oversee initiatives and projects across the organization, including creating a comprehensive and overarching management plan for operational alignment and execution.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supports execution planning of objectives. Facilities initiative/project tactics and deliverables for organizational goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Support implementation, execution, control and completion of multiple, simultaneous activities ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments and goals.
- Communicate and implement operational plans for meeting or exceeding milestones. Monitors progress and performance against the plan. Help resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Support development of full-scale project plans, financial plans, quality audit follow-ups, and associated communications documents.
- Tracks schedules, help manages budgets, monitor costs and the allocation of resources to be able to forecast project completion timelines.
- Liaises with other areas in the organization on my behalf to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
- Participates in initiative team meetings and prepares reports to communication the status within and beyond the core team.
- Support the integration of vendor tasks and track or review vendor deliverables, as needed.
- Support the adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Knowledgeable regarding managed care concepts, financial analysis and multi-party contract arrangements.
- Analytical skills in decision making, to assess impact on the business units and evaluate contract compliance.
- Extensive interpersonal skills to conduct education programs and to effectively interact with both internal and external personnel including physicians, attorneys, all levels of management, employers, managed care organizations and other transplant providers.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
