St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Business Partner- Change Management to join our Operational and Clinical Integration Excellence (OCIE) team.
The Operational and Clinical Integration Excellence (OCIE) Department is designed to support the identification and delivery of the highest priority initiatives across the organization aligned to the mission, vision and strategic objectives of St. Luke's. The OCIE is responsible for the maturity and development of the capabilities delivered through the core competencies of:
Portfolio Management: provides system oversight of portfolio activities including monitoring and benefit realization across all initiatives
Centralized Intake: facilitates review of organizational initiatives anchored to clear and established priority, urgency and value criteria
Portfolio delivery: designs, plans and supports execution of transformational and brand experience initiatives
Change management and program communication: a structured approach to support the organization's team members in accepting and adopting the new way of working
Decision support: provides performance data to support timely, data driven decision making
The OCIE Business Partner - Change Management serves as a strategic partner to the portfolio managers, business sponsors, leaders and subject matter experts to support effective execution and adoption of key initiatives. Position reports to the Change Management and Communications Manager, OCIE.
Develop and implement initiative change strategies.
Assess organizational impact and adoption risk.
Coach sponsors and leaders on their role in leading change.
Identify and measure adoption metrics.
Create and coach on sustainment activities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field; or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience: 6 years of relevant experience
Experience in large-scale change initiatives embedded in project team
