Responsibilities
The QI (Quality Improvement) Coordinator assists in supporting the quality, safety and service initiatives and goals of the organization, department, and service lines using Continuous Quality Improvement and Change Management methodology in managing process design, data collection, analysis and reporting outcomes. The QI Coordinator supports hospital committees, departments, medical staff with quality outcome data, performing analysis of data, case review by condition, procedure, complication, etc. The Coordinator serves as improvement team facilitators using skills and tools to drive change and assist in sustaining improvement through appropriate data collection and analysis. The Coordinator also utilizes internal reporting tools and external comparative database.
Qualifications
Education Requirements- Master's Degree
Experience- Registered Nurse Background (Preferred)
