As a Remote Senior Enterprise Reporting Analyst, you need to know how to:
Ensure employee work schedules are produced on a consistent basis to capitalize on the efficiency of resources to meet service and productivity goals.
Capture and update schedules for all non-ticket based activities to ensure there is no staffing gaps.
Manage / approve time off requests, staffing swaps, lunches and breaks and call out any risks.
Promote and use effective automated processes within WFM tool(s).
Provide forecasting and real-time data and make the needed changes to ensure staffing levels are sufficient.
Supports new and existing systems while keeping abreast of technology changes.
Maintains and updates policies and procedures.
Provide a high degree of ability to analyze data and make effective decisions.
Ability to provide a creative approach to effective problem solving.
Work within a project team environment to ensure that a quality product is produced, on time and within budget.
Contribute to the development of work plans, tasks, and time estimates.
Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain, and abides by service behavior standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required
Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required for identified positions
Depending on location, travel may be required up to 50%
3+ years IT Service Desk experience
3+ years reporting experience via ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Strong research, organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to teach/train others
High attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems in a graceful and sensitive manner
Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment
Experience using ServiceNow Cloud Computing Platform
