Your day.

As a Remote Senior Enterprise Reporting Analyst, you need to know how to:

• Ensure employee work schedules are produced on a consistent basis to capitalize on the efficiency of resources to meet service and productivity goals.


• Capture and update schedules for all non-ticket based activities to ensure there is no staffing gaps.


• Manage / approve time off requests, staffing swaps, lunches and breaks and call out any risks.


• Promote and use effective automated processes within WFM tool(s).


• Provide forecasting and real-time data and make the needed changes to ensure staffing levels are sufficient.


• Supports new and existing systems while keeping abreast of technology changes.


• Maintains and updates policies and procedures.


• Provide a high degree of ability to analyze data and make effective decisions.


• Ability to provide a creative approach to effective problem solving.


• Work within a project team environment to ensure that a quality product is produced, on time and within budget.


• Contribute to the development of work plans, tasks, and time estimates.


• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain, and abides by service behavior standards.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required


• Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required for identified positions


• Depending on location, travel may be required up to 50%

Required:

• 3+ years IT Service Desk experience


• 3+ years reporting experience via ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms


• Strong research, organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to teach/train others


• High attention to detail


• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems in a graceful and sensitive manner


• Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment

Preferred:

• Experience using ServiceNow Cloud Computing Platform
