St. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR Business Strategy team.
Position SummaryThe Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) serves as a strategic business partner to multiple and diverse business and functional organizations within St. Luke's Health System.
In partnership with business unit leaders, participates in the identification, development and implementation of broad Human Resources strategies and interventions associated with accomplishing business objectives.
Aligns HR strategy to business priorities and delivers HR solutions that help meet business objectives through areas such as workforce planning, recruiting, organizational design and structure, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, performance management and coaching.
In collaboration with the HRBP team and system HR leaders, coordinates services for HR functions such as benefits, compensation, recruitment, affirmative action, employee health and education.
Ensures HR policies and practices are consistent with and support the organization's mission and are in compliance with guidelines and federal, state and local regulations.
Provides change management expertise, facilitates change initiatives and supports transformation efforts and employee engagement activities to lead a highly engaged workforce.
Participates in and provides guidance in the selection and onboarding of leaders and others, as necessary.
Supports and maximizes the business units operational and strategic performance delivering services that ensure high level customer service.
Leads projects and participates on committees and teams.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 5 years of HR experience in multiple HR functions or a professional generalist role.
