RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Director of Hospital Medicine at Community Medical Center
RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking an experienced, board-certified Hospitalist to fill a role as Director of Hospital Medicine at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ.
The Director of Hospital Medicine will practice within the department and oversee all clinical activities and provide leadership and support for all academic actions. The Director will also serve as a faculty member of a strong academic training program and create policies that drive improvements in quality and safety.
As the largest integrated health care system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation plus PTO and added time off and reimbursement for CME.
Preferred candidates will have:
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical leader with experience driving improvements in quality and safety
- Commitment to academic excellence including prior experience in resident education and clinical research
- ABHM Certified
- All candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong clinical background and keen understanding of how to drive and maintain clinical quality standards
