We are a start-up Mental Health & SUD program opening our first location in Colorado. This is an opportunity to help design and implement a mental health program with an established and enthusiastic team in the thriving area of Clear Creek County, Colorado. We are also looking to add several more locations over the next 5 years, in Colorado, which will expand the scope of this position along with increased compensation. The position is located in Colorado. Ideal candidate would live in or move to the Clear Creek County area.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in leadership roles within the mental health and substance use fields. As Clinical Director you are responsible for the daily operation of a residential adult women’s alcohol and drug treatment program including the direct management and supervision of all team members and clients. You will work in the following key functional areas: operations, professional development and training of personnel, accreditation and regulatory compliance. Daily behavioral interventions with de-escalations may be needed. You are responsible to generate company policies and procedures with direction of the Board of Directors. Being on call 24-hours daily and responding to all emergency situations when necessary. This position requires you to treat clients with respect and care on their road to addiction recovery and emotional wellness. Maintaining the safety and well-being of the clients, while continually encouraging and supporting them is your main mission; additional duties would include all aspects of facility operations, together with human resources and marketing management.
Experience:
Supervising Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
Leadership Experience: 5 years (Preferred)

Medicaid
License/Certification:
MBA (Preferred)
Required Qualifications
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Applications
Supernatural communication skills and a great team player
Excellent organizational and time management skills
An advanced harm reduction analysis
Experience with long-term project implementation & management
Experience building strong, diverse professional relationships
Effective public speaker
Strong, adaptive writing skills
High attention to detail
Must be self-motivated and creative in problem-solving
Experience with Joint Commission
Willingness to commit to the organization for at least 3 years
