We are currently seeking a Part-TimeProgram Operations Coordinator. This candidate will support the Delaware CTR ACCEL Program Grant and program leadership by providing coordination of research programs to develop and implement community engagement and outreach across grant cores, partner institutions and community teams.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for dissemination of information and will act as a liaison among key stakeholders including but not limited to, community partners, clinical and academic departments, and CTR cores.
Coordinates, communicates, schedules, and facilitates all Community Engagement and Outreach Core (CEO) meetings including the scheduled joint Core/Community Advisory Council meetings.
Responsible for coordination, execution, and follow-up reporting for the annual Community Research Exchange symposium either in person, virtual or hybrid format.
Responsible for coordinating, communicating, and providing technical assistance to all core events as well as educational opportunities and collaborations.
Provides support associated with developing, distributing, collecting, reporting, and disseminating program materials and information across cores.
Responsible for distributing research concepts into formats suitable for grant leader presentations and appropriate for stakeholder's review.
Assists in the program function by coordinating and managing regulatory and institutional review board documents including submissions, amendments, continuing reviews, and closures.
Monitors and assures grant related work is entered and updated in department project portfolio, notifying grant leaders of milestone deadlines.
Responsible for entering and managing department citations in approved software for all CTR related research and work.
Maintains documentation for all program grants/contracts/proposals including physician agreements
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience coordinating projects and or programs required
Familiarity with basic concepts of health research and grant administration preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
