Job SummaryThe Time & Labor (T&L) Monitor is a client facing position that will perform a variety of time administration and payroll impacting activities. This role will prepare time and labor elements for the regular payroll cycle and may make adjustments in the timekeeping software as allowed under policy. The position reports directly to the Time & Labor Manager but may follow the guidance of other T&L staff members.Assist T&L staff with the bi-weekly timecard close process as business needs demand. Monitors for repeat process failures and formally notifies the T&L Business Partner and/or leadership where further assessment may be needed. Review and compute core calculations.
