Summary:
Talent Development Specialist leads the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of employee, leadership, and department needs that support HR and organization strategies to enhance workforce excellence across the organization.
 
Responsibilities:
- Leads the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of employee, leadership, and department needs that support HR strategies and workforce excellence across the organization.
- Promotes the organization by actively participating in the employee development process to promote employee development, enhance work force development processes, and implement interventions that build organizational and individual capabilities with future forward thinking.
- Serves as internal performance management coach for managers and staff.
- Develops employee measures to gauge the success of programs. Collaborates with the Manager of Talent Development in development of future development programs for both clinical and non-clinical employees, in order to maintain proficiency of current leaders in the organization and to develop future leaders.
- Other duties as required.
 
Other information:
Technical Expertise
- Experience in presenting complex information to all types of audiences is required.
- Experience in organizational development is required.
- Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
- Experience in HR management is preferred.
- Experience in applicable State and Federal employment laws is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. HRIS and LMS software is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Collaborating with internal customers to conduct performance improvement needs analysis and determining the appropriate performance, development or learning intervention.
- Captures information from needs assessments to make recommendations and develop innovate solutions that align with ACH strategies.
- Measuring the impact of solutions on employee performance and development.
- Leadership and executive coaching 
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, or related field is required Master's degree is preferred.
- Certification: HR Certification [PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.] is preferred Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- Years of relevant experience: 5 to 7 years is preferred.
- Years of experience supervising: None.
