Summary:

The Financial Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various aspects of financial management for Akron Children's Hospital pediatric Medicaid Accountable Care Organization, Akron Children's Health Collaborative.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides financial support for strategic and tactical planning.
2. Provides support in facilitating and assisting managers in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets.
3. Monitoring of financial performance, achievement of goals and benchmarks, identifying variances, preparing and presenting analyses and reports to Finance Manager and management team.
4. Creates performance dashboards in conjunction with the appropriate financial stakeholders across ACHC.
5. Monitors and prepares revenue cycle analysis including reconciling monthly revenue and expenses.
6. Provide recommendations for financial improvement.
7. Translates needs into analytical support such as reports, scorecards, etc.
8. Facilitate and meaningfully participate in contingency planning and financial forecasting.
9. Collaborates with Finance Manager as required to ensure conformity and compliance with all aspects of financial management.
10. Other duties as required.
