The Physician Liaison - Homecare/Hospice acts as liaison between the agency and the community regarding community and customer needs. The Physician Liaison – Homecare/Hospice responsibilities include development and promotion of home health and hospice programs and services while maintaining standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial, and equipment resources. The Physician Liaison – Homecare/Hospice will establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of staff, the lay and professional public. The Physician Liaison – Homecare/Hospice will establish a public relations program for interpretation of the agency's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies while providing counsel to the Homecare/Hospice agencies regarding needs of the community; program development including personnel needs and financial needs. The Physician Liaison – Homecare/Hospice evaluate market data, competitive information, and financial data to understand the market and Homecare/Hospice services.The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communications skills, has the ability to work with administrative, clinical, and support staff to resolve customer service issues, has the ability to develop marketing materials, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software including SharePoint.- Benefits – Our competitive benefits package includes*:
