About the role: This team member is responsible for resolving information technology related issues and troubleshooting technical problems for the organization. This role requires high quality customer service to the organization’s internal customers.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for providing support to corporate and field employees regarding software issues, hardware issues, Microsoft applications, etc.; scheduling maintenance technicians when needed (85%).
• Installing and setting up equipment and hardware/software for new and existing employees; performing upgrades when necessary (5%).
• Responsible for ensuring the proper handling and maintenance of damaged equipment performing repairs if feasible (5%).
• Providing phone support and providing on-call support when necessary (5%).
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned (5%).

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related; or equitable work experience.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a technical support role.

Preferred Experience:

• Ability to function in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to support a multi-site organization is a plus.
• Positive customer relations/service skills.
• Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation is between $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
