As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and select top talent for open positions, by leveraging both internal and external resources. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Develop collaborative relationships with operational leadership to gain knowledge of the business units within the organization.
- Build effective sourcing strategies, plans, and tactics to attract passive and active candidates.
- Effectively communicate ChristianaCare's employee value proposition for each role, total rewards and organization-wide branding programs vital to close the recruit.
- Conduct pre-screens applicant for objective job requirements and behavioral event interviews to determine individuals fit for the organization's culture.
- Maintain timely, organized and accurate records appropriately documenting in the applicant tracking system.
- Adhere to all labor law regulations (OFCCP, EEO, etc).
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in full cycle, high volume, multi-level recruitment required. Healthcare/nurse recruitment experience preferred. Six years full cycle, high volume, multi-level work experience may be substituted for education and work requirements.
