Position Summary:The System Director - Value Analysis is responsible for the development, direction and leadership of a long term, sustainable strategy for reducing non-labor expense, enhancing clinical supply chain performance, and improving clinical resource management contributing to the quality of patient care. The incumbent collaborates with physicians, clinicians, administrators, and staff across the healthcare system to identify, develop and coordinate strategies and pathways for process improvement and cost savings opportunities related to improved product, technology, service and process standardization and utilization to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered, cost effective care, results-oriented project outcomes and value analysis best practices. The Director - Value Analysis reviews and assesses applicable financial, clinical, and operational data, along with evidence-based literature, to appropriately assist in the selection, evaluation, monitoring, analysis and implementation of cost-effective products, technologies, services and processes. Minimum Requirements:8 years experience and mastery of professional or technical role/functionFive (5) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacityExpertise in supply chain processes, performance and process improvement or re-engineering preferred Education/Licenses/Certifications:Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) or MD degree
